COVID-19 Response & Safety

I am currently serving all my clients via teletherapy and/or in-person sessions. The availability of in-person meetings are subject to change based on COVID-19 pandemic conditions and safety recommendations. For virtual sessions, I use a secure Audio/Video solution that allows us to meet virtually. If you are in need of support right now, just reach out to me and we will schedule an initial consultation.

Adolescence can be a difficult time, full of a unique set of challenges. As a parent, you may worry about how your child is navigating the world and relationships. Often, certain behaviors set off alarm bells and become the focus, while what really needs our energy and support are their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My focus is on building a safe, trusting relationship where your child can feel truly seen and understood.

In our work, they learn to recognize their strengths, develop healthy relationships and helpful strategies for coping with stressors. An essential element to happiness is learning how to truly value yourself. Helping my clients see their worth, enables them to manage their thoughts and feelings in new, healthy ways and create sustainable change in their lives.

Some key goals in our work:

- learn tools they can use right away to manage their emotions and stressors

- deepen their sense of self-worth and identity

- feel more confident and capable experiencing and expressing their emotions

- feel empowered to develop healthy boundaries and relationships

- gain insight and self-awareness in order to capitalize on strengths and set and achieve goals

While the process of becoming an adult is difficult and sometimes daunting, you and your child do not have to go it alone.

Reach out today and I’ll be happy to talk more with you about how we can work together and answer any questions you or your child may have.
